Write. Yoga. You. brings together gentle yoga movement with free writing to check in with yourself. We'll combine journaling with movement. There are no grades or writing corrections. Share your thoughts and feelings as you wish, no pressure, but with gentle encouragement. The intent is to encourage your internal process, finding out what's going on within you by writing and moving in a supportive environment. You're making time for opening, healing, self-discovery. If you have hurts, this might be a good opportunity to let them breathe. Wear comfortable clothing in which you'll feel free to move. Layers are advised, since you'll also spend time in stillness. This is about doing something nice for YOU, using the wintertime well, sharing the experience with other participants, and emerging rejuvenated in the spring!
