Want to begin a yoga practice but don't know where to start? I hear from prospective yoga students often, "I'm just not flexible, I'm too old, or I'm too out of shape" and "I really want to do yoga but I'm afraid, I don't know anything". I've designed this series especially for you; the man or woman who desperately wants the amazing benefits of a yoga practice but doesn't quite know where to begin. We will completely breakdown the fundamentals of yoga. You will learn breathing technique, postures, how to connect the two, all the lingo, and so much more. At the end of this series you will feel confident in any yoga class. This workshop will be led by 200hr trained registered yoga teacher Jenn Newton. Class will meet Saturday January 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 1 - 2pm. During that time we will focus solely on a few key elements of the practice. New Year, New You!
